The suspect in custody after a car ploughed into a Christmas parade and killed five people has been identified in US media as Darrell Brooks Jr.
The horror incident unfolded during a festive event in Waukesha, a city in Wisconsin, on Sunday.
Video widely circulated online showed a red SUV careering into gathered crowds, leaving more than 40 people injured.
A suspect was taken into custody by police soon after, who has now been named as Brooks Jr, 39.
Reports say he has a number of convictions and had been bailed from prison just two days prior.
It is also said that he raps under the name MathBoi Fly – and a similar vehicle to that involved in the incident can be seen in one video.

A law enforcement source told CBS News it appeared the suspect was fleeing another scene when he ran into the parade.
A motive is yet to be disclosed.
City officials have so far confirmed that five people died in the tragedy – but admitted the numbers "may change".
A Twitter post said: "At this time, we can confirm that 5 people are deceased and over 40 are injured.
"However, these numbers may change as we collect additional information.
The tragedy has rocked Waukesha
"Many people have self-transported to area hospitals. The Police Department has the person of interest in custody."
It is not thought the incident was related to terrorism "at this time", reports say.
Waukesha Police Chief Dan Thompson said officers had opened fire on the vehicle as the incident unfolded.
But police did not believe shots had been fired from the vehicle, he added, contrary to earlier reports.
The FBI has also been drafted in to to assist with the probe.

People were screaming as the vehicle sped through the crowd at roughly 4.30pm local time.
One unverified video shows a red SUV flying past the parade, narrowly missing a child dancing in the road.
Another clip shows what appears to be a similar vehicle smashing through a barricade as the sound of gunshots ring out.
Witness Brayden Kowalski, 19, told Fox News he was with his family when he saw what happened.
"[The driver is] just blowing through people, kind of just dinging a lot of people, bodies flying everywhere," he said.
