When is Cheltenham Festival 2022? Race schedule, odds, tickets, free bets and TV channel

The clock is ticking and the 2022 Cheltenham Festival is getting ever closer.

Four days of top class horse racing are watched by thousands at the key social event in the calendar.

Racegoers will be more eager to return than ever after coronavirus restrictions left the grandstands empty 12 months ago.

Equine stars including Honeysuckle and Minella Indo will be bidding to land back-to-back wins in two of the big races.

Their connections, Henry de Bromhead and Rachael Blackmore, took the meeting by storm in 2021.

But Willie Mullins kept up his usual high standards by scooping an eighth trainers' title.

Ferny Hollow and Galopin Des Champs are two from his stable heading ante-post lists for the March extravaganza.

Shishkin, trained by Nicky Henderson, is the headline act from the home team as they bid to thwart the Irish challenge.
